Core I7 and Fermi Build - Liquid Cooling Advice

So for a computer at work, we want to build a rackmounted computer which will be used both for 1080P VTC and 3D rendering. The problem is, we want this machine to be as quiet as possible. We want to build a high end machine, and I feel that liquid cooling would be the best solution since it would be virtually silent and keep the components cool.

The two components that I know are going to generate the most heat are the CPU and GPU. We will be using an SSD so hard drive cooling isn't a need. No overclocking will be taking place.

Core i7 960 (potentially the 980x)
Geforce GTX 480

All suggestions are helpful, I skimmed through the Liquid Cooling 101 thread, but I still don't know what companies are good, what coolant I should be using, etc.

I'm not much of a watercoolign expert, but for your radiator you will want a fan that can push a lot of CFM while still being virtually silent, i would look into 140mm fans as they are quiter than most 120mm fans.
