Hello all i recently put my voltages up so that my corsair dominator 15000 RAM could run at the proper 1866 Mhz as it was running 1066 my question is the motherboard ram volts are at 1.66 V i want to know if this is dangerous and if I am at risk of frying my cpu (should i drop this to 1.64) because of .01 of a volt over the recommended set by intel.

my timings are * 1866 MHz 9-9-9-24-2N-1.65V-1.60V

thanks for your input.

1.64 vs 1.66... 0.02 difference... I assume you are using the X.M.P profile for your ram, so these are the settings the ram was supposed to run at. 1.66 is the closest the bios can get to 1.65 this is why the profile sets it to this. As long as the CPU uncore voltage within 0.5V difference of the DRAM voltage and there’s no problem.
