Core speed drop down automatically ( AMD 4000+ )

When the weather is over 30 degree (about). If I play game then some function in the CPU will active, then slow down the clock to make that cooler.
It's just talking about 60'C, I don't want it actives at that degree...because that makes the FPS of the game below 5... is impossible to play.
Anyone knows the solution?
