Correct MM case fan?

I'm getting case fans for my pc's but I'm not good at conversion to MM.. Any tips ?? :confused:

I think its a 4-4½ inch area on my case... If that helps any..

I've looked all over my case and don't see it anywhere.. It's an old Compaq SR1303WM if that helps.. I've searched for documentation, but nothing about the case fan...

I can't find anything about the fan size for that one. It's probably easiest to take the existing fan out (if that's what you are doing) and measure it then go get a replacement.
 
In that case, just measure the distance mounting between the mounting holes and convert that to mm and take the closest match (ie ~76mm hole = 80mm fan)
 
It's 3 to 3 1/4" between the mounting holes.. So that's around 76.2 - 82.55 mm by my calculations, so I assume round to 80 mm? :confused:
