Corrupt Header W/ .rar

Im preety sure i posted this question but some how it disappeared, although i think it may have been to the recent site shut down (or whatever it was) that delted it.

Can someone tell me what a "corrupt header" means and how to fix it once and for ALL. Its on the bloody .rar files!

reinstall winrar, redownload the file.
