Corsair C4DHX vs C4???

Hi, i was just looking at some Corsair RAM for my new build and was wonder what the difference was between Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 Ram was and TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX. From pictures all i can see is that the DHX has a bigger heat sink think on it and is $10 more expensive. Is there actually any difference between them beyond the shiney heat sink thing?

And whats the go with the C5DHX being cheaper than the straight C4?

Just look at the timings. Lower the better
