Depends how much you are paying for it, since different companies charge different amounts.

But IMO the Dominator RAM is way overpriced, as you can buy mid-ranged RAM and overclock it to beyond that. I bought a fairly cheap set of Patriot DDR2-667 RAM, and overclocked it to DDR2-920, with timings of 5-5-5-15. Thats better then the Dominator DDR2-800 stock.

Then no, it's not worth it. You can buy a set of G.SKILL DDR2-800 RAM (2x1GB) for only $140.

I have heard good things and can say I have had luck OCing them as well although decided to bring it back down so I could achieve maximum cpu OC.

Thats a great price, especially after the rebate. I would highly recommend getting those, not the overpriced Dominator RAM.
