Corsair Obsidian 800D , Prolimatech Mega Shadow

Hi,
I need to exchange my case for something else today and i've been thinking about Corsair Obsidian or Thermaltake Armor+ SLI. I've got Prolimatech Mega Shadow cooler for my i5 so i need to make sure that it will fit to my case. Please give me some advice.
