Could I have some help with a new rig?

p45 is most likely going to cost an arm and a leg and i wouldnt count on it bringing other motherboards prices down either. the GA-P35-DS3L was $89 on newegg a few months ago, now its up to $109 plus shipping (shipping was free)

Yeah, I read that it will be released during the last week of June. What makes it better than the P35?

There are P45 boards available for pre-order on Overclockers but they are hellishly expensive, you might as well stick with the P35.
 
take a look at the q9300, as to how much that would raise your price, but the 6600 seems to be a bit better overclocker for the moment
