An 380W Earthwatts @ Newegg is $50. So if used, probably 45 or less... how old?

You COULD maybe sell it for $50 or more if someone was ehh... "dumb" enough . Try craigslist.

Good price. Might wanna ask your friend if he want the Earthwatts instead of the case PSU. After all case PSU's usually put out half of what they really claim.
