Could someone please help?

I ordered a new computer(custom built.) There was an initial RAM problem(Faulty stick) out of two sticks. After that issue was resolved, I got the system to boot and I installed the OS. The next day, I moved the computer and it did not boot when I tried to start it. The computer started, but no boot or POST. No BIOS beep either. When I take out the RAM it gives me 3 long beeps. When I put the ram in, no beep at all. This is with either the good stick or the bad stick.

No O/C.

Specs/parts: AMD 6400+ 3.2ghz
ECS A780GM-A AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI ATX AMD
ATI RADEON HD 4850 512mb TOP
Seagate 750gb
4gb(2 x 2gb) Corsair XMS2 1.9v 800mhz
Samsung 22x Dvd and stoof.

Sorry for the remedial questions, but they have to be asked...

Did you bump or jar the computer at all when you were moving it?
Did you nudge anything else loose inside the case at any point? Did you 2x check to make sure everything is snug?
Is the monitor correctly plugged in to the tower?
