Could This Solve my Problems?

Well, it depends on how much space you have in your case and what socket your CPU is. The fan you posted is really big and won't fit in just about every ATX midTower case. I have the smaller version of that fan in a different computer and it's great. The CPU in that computer now idles at 32°C instead of 39°C.
 
Well, I used to have a Thermaltake Big Typhoon, and that fit fine. The socket is correct, I have LGA 775.
 
Well, if you can fit that beast into your case then I think you won't have much of a problem fitting in that one in there. Sorry, but I was wrong, I don't have the smaller version of that fan. I didn't take time to look at it carefully so I assumed it was a Zalman(looks very similar).
