Counter Strike-steam question

this one particular server i play on is not responding when i click refresh on steam. Other people in my clan are playing on it, but i cant connect-
anyone know why ? i know i am not banned so that cant be the reason

just use "connect xx.xxx.xxx.xxx" in the console.. it maybe be your favorites, the wrong port for the server is being used
ask your friends for the exact link they are using...

as Trizoy said, you may have the wrong ip or port in your favorites, have you tried to refresh the master server list and find this server to see if you can connect through there?

If its in your facorites. refesh the master list then go back to your favorites. sometimes it dosn;t refresh the favorites. and check you filter settings, maybe you have a sercure filter and the game your joining is insecure?
