Couple of questions

Im building a new Computer so could someone list the software i could use to make sure all the parts are running at reasonable temperatures or to check speeds.

To monitor speeds of fans and temperatures you could use:
SpeedFan
Hmonitor

To check the specs of your PC you could use:
Speccy
CPU-Z
