this item comes with a back cover and battery, as well as stylus and charger. it turns on and works fine, but for some reason when a bit of pressure is applied to the back, it locks up. if you want to fix it yourself, you can try, but palm will fix it for about $150 I think.

hd is a bit old but still works. the external case is missing one of the screws but doesn't affect it at all, and the stand is broken but taped together and works fine as well.

COWON IAUDIO X5L 20GB with LEATHER CASE/BELT CLIP :: $150
this mp3 player is great... the battery lasts forever, it can play video and show pictures, and you can read text documents and record voice. read the review at cnet and stuff it's an amazing product. only bad part is that I knocked the audio output jack loose and now it crackes and stuff when you move. I called Cowon and they said it should be about $25 to RMA and repair so that should be no problem. It's totally full of my music right now, a mix of jazz/metal/hardcore/post hardcore/indie and some other stuff. I can leave it on for a bit extra cost or I can format it and send it your way. The leather case was like special ordered from Italy for $40 (outrageous) but I needed it, so it's included.
