Cox 3 strike policy. how do i avoid this?

hey guys i got caught sharing the departed through a program called aries which is like bitlord. i figure they could catch me downloading as well so my question is how do i mask this? If they catch me again my internet is toast so if there isnt a sure fire way to encrypt my stuff im bringing in or sending out im screwed.
