CPU and mother board temps

Just wondering what the temps of the motherboard and cpu should be. How hot can they be till you start worrying.
 
It all has to do with which mobo and cpu you got.

If it's oced or not. Which coolers there using. Room temps and all that.

People can keep there cpu and mobos in the 30's and 40's. Some cpu's run hotter such as my prescott which is running at 70C.
