CPU and Motherboard Temps-Is this safe?

Computer is the EMachine EL1358G-51W. There sold at Walmart and they come with the AMD Athlon ii x 2 220 Dual Core Processor

I use it only for the internet and never play games on it.

I have downloaded the "Speccy" program to see what temps my CPU and Motherboard are running. This computer has a small case and as far as I can tell only 1 fan.

The temps for the CPU is 28c and the MB is 44c.

Just for the heck of it I set up a house fan about 3ft from the computer and turned it on to it's slowest speed. Next time I checked the CPU and MB temps they both had dropped 10c to 18c and 34c.

Now am I safe with the temps without the fan or would I be better off running the fan and bringing the temps down? Thanks!
 
You are safe with temps even without the fan 28c is actually quite good as compact pc`s tend to be hotter as there is much less room for air flow.
 
Was hoping to hear that. My previous computer was about twice the size of this one. It also had a hard drive fan where I don't think this one does. I like the fact that my new computer takes up less room but will admit everything inside the case is pretty cramped. Thanks for your input.
