I was think about getting the Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro. Would it be compatible with these parts?

Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair 750D ATX Full Tower Case
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

Also if there is a better CPU cooler let me know :)

in terms of air cooling its not far off the best you can get. But a h100i(240mm rad) or if you can a h110 or kraken x60 which have 280mm radiators. of course these are all water cooled and are quite a bit tidier, less bulky and better cooling than the dark pro 3.

you can get a h100i for around £75-£80 and a dark pro 3 for around £60-£65 so theres not much in terms of price. if your case can fit one id go for the h100i. if you have the money and your case will fit a 280mm radiator id go for the kraken x60.

The only thing that worries me is that this is my first build...I have no experience with water cooling systems. Are they difficult to manage/install? The last thing I was is for a leakage that fries all my hardware

all of this push/pull stuff kind of scares me...

no not at all, if your case can fit it its as easy as fitting an air cooler. With a custom water cooling loop. thats when leaks can form etc if you are not experienced but the h100i, h110 are all in one water coolers. They come all ready put together so all you need to do is connect it and the fans to power, fit the radiator and then the block to the cpu with the back plate and thumb screws.

all the push pull is the orientation of the cooling fans so basically they are both pushing air in the same direction. you have them mounted like one ontop of the radiator and one on the bottom. simply the fan on the top pushing air down into the case and the bottom fan doing the same.
