Try flashing BIOS? Make sure the CPU/motherboard isn't damaged either.
you'll need to download the newest version from another computer and save it to USB drive. Then just boot to the USB and install the new version. May need a boot disk on the USB device too, so you can access the files via command line in case the BIOS files won't allow you to automatically.
