Hello i just wanted to know if a P4-3.20F GHZ is diff then P4-3.20Ghz What does the "F" mean ??? anything ????

P4's designated with 'F' are 64-bit capable.

Yes it will.

Yes. It should actually support any processor as long as they are socket LGA775. And if it supports a 3.2F, then it should be a LGA775 mobo.

welll i have a asus p5n32-sli prem and it says in the cpu support list P4-3.20F GHz and my CPU is P4-3.20ghZ and its not working >.<

As mentioned above, the CPU should work on the MoBo, regardless of the 'F' designator (or lack of in this case). Perhaps a faulty part (CPU or MoBo?). Do you have additional parts or the ability to obtain additional parts to do some testing?

My CPU is not specifically listed on my MoBo's compatibility list, but it works.

Try flashing BIOS? Make sure the CPU/motherboard isn't damaged either.

you'll need to download the newest version from another computer and save it to USB drive. Then just boot to the USB and install the new version. May need a boot disk on the USB device too, so you can access the files via command line in case the BIOS files won't allow you to automatically.

An USB flash drive is not always needed..

Flashing an BIOS itself is already extremely risky. Even Dual BIOS flashing is dangerous. That's why backups were made, if you screw this up, then you basically screwed the whole board up.
