Cpu Help

I put this cpu: Intel Pentium 4 641 3.20GHz / 2MB Cache / 800MHz FSB / Hyper-Threading / OEM / Socket 775 / Cedar Mill / Processor into this board: MachSpeed X-Caliber PT88BS Pro and all I get is a black screen, Any one have any idea why, I'm at a loss. Thanks!
