Cpu overheating while playing Cube World

I know that there is no fps limit while playing the game, so i download Radeonpro and that limited it to 60 fps. which made my cpu run at 60-70 C which is WAY too hot imo, since I play games like skyrim, Defiance, League, and Dayz at 55 C
Cooling is not the issue. also when I host my own Cube World server my cpu goes up to 90 C then crashes my pc. and suggestions would be great.

Also, no overclocking has been done.

Are you using the stock cooler with the stock thermal pad already on the heatsink? If so, I'd remove it and apply some new Arctic Silver 5.

No I am using a different heat sync and new thermal paste.

There must be air bubbles in the thermal paste because you shouldn't be getting temps that high, especially with an aftermarket cooler.

That's bizarre that it's just that since you mentioned other games getting in to the 50's. Even at 100% load your CPU shouldn't go that much higher. Are there any other programs that make it go that high? Try Prime95.
