Cpu question

i am a newbe when it comes to this and dont want to take anything apart with out getting info

i have Jetway V2MDMP motherboard and was wondering if the cpu from a k7s5a motherboard would work in the Jetway V2MDMP?

It looks like both are socket A so I am pretty sure it will work. Though I am not 100% positive and the information dark asked for will help us determine for sure if it is.
