my friend has a socket 370 P3 564.8 MHz. i waqs wovdering if he could get this one a notice a big difference,

Intel® Pentium® III Processor Tualatin 1.20GHz/133MHz FC-PGA2 Socket 370 256K Retail

also when it says 1.2oGHz/133MHz

is the first number the processor speed, and the other the FSB.

Intel Pentium III 866EB Microprocessors, 256K, Intel Flip Chip PGA, Socket 370, 133MHz, OEM

Intel Pentium III 1GHz Microprocessors, 256KB, 133MHz, Intel Flip Chip PGA, Socket 370, OEM

would either one of these cpus work with this motherboard.

this is the info off the motherboard specs.
Processor Support for
•Intel® Pentium® III processor in a 370-pin FC-PPGA socket with
100/133 MHz host bus frequency
•Intel® Celeron™ processor in a 370-pin PPGA socket with
66 MHz host bus frequency

everything i see is right, except that your mobo might need an adapter to support tulatin processors. some do, some don't.
