CPU temp safe.

I have recently overclocked my A64 3200+ Venice to 250Mhz FSB (2.5Ghz) My temps go from around 40C Idle and about 2 seconds after starting Stress Prime, they shoot straight to aroun 55 and go no higher than 59C after exiting Stress Prime they shoot back down to around 45C with 2 seconds. Do yo think I should get a new fan because I know it's not safe to have a temp around 60C. If I get a new fan, it will probably be put on the side of the heatsink to blow the hot air inside the heatsink through it and out the back, good idea?
 
I searched around and found that the Zalman CNPS7000A-CU is an excellent HSF and is only about $40 USD from newegg :D
