CPU temp software.

I need a cpu temp software for my compaq computer.it has a pentium 4 @ 3.0, i tried fanspeed and core temp but both says its not capable with my cpu.i was wondering if anyone knew of something else i could try. thx in advance.

PS. freeware if possible.

Try Hardware Monitor (HWM). It's worked for me on everything, from netbooks to old-school laptops to high-performance desktop systems.

All good suggestions but if you want the temps down in the taskbar use realtemp its a great program and will show your live, max and minimum cpu temps.
