lol I have the q6600 too, and let me tell you, pc wizard sucks for it >_>...or i just got unlucky. core temp doesn't show the right temp either. (pc wiz showed 190 celcius for proc temp, and core temp shows around 50 celcius for the four cores) I checked my comp to see if it was running that hot because I doubted it, I even touched the heatsink. sooo, I installed the In-OS software (easytune) from my motherboard (gigabyte p35) and it showed me the actual temp, which ended up being 30C. 
Point of this being...either I got a buggy temp sensor in processor, or you should just check what bios says for your temps.
