CPU upgrade on foxconn 865G7MF-SH

what is the best processor for foxconn 865G7MF-SH? does it supports dual core? The motherboard have socket775....

The highest that that motherboard can support is a pentium d. Yes, that is a dual core, but it is not going to be amazing performance.
