CPU Upgrade???

I was wondering if I could change my AMD V160 processor with this dual core one. I've done some research and they both have the same socket type, wattage, L2 cache, and CMOS. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron M5030 with 6 GB ram and Windows 7(64 bit). Is there anything else you guys need to know?
 
I checked on the specs for it and it just says it uses these:
AMD Athlon™ II X2 P340 (2.2GHz/1MB cache)
AMD Mobile SempronTM V120 (2.2GHz/0.5MB cache
