CPU Voltage concern

I've recently been taking a close look at CPU-Z after a few crashes during games. I've noticed that the core voltage has been fluctuating quite a lot either side of the bios setting, which is currenty at 6.6% above base, which I think works out at about 1.492. Here's a screenshot of the ballpark of highest and lowest settings in ~1min period, at 100% load.

I'm pretty worried by this, although I have tended not to look at voltages since I got the new board in my sig, surely the voltage shouldn't be fluctuating quite this much, on a constant 100% load? Temps are alright, around 46-50 degrees on full load, but it's just this voltage thing. Am I looking at a faulty board, or underpowered psu, or what?

That's what I thought, that's why I'm worried. I just know that damage is being done as I write this. This is the link to my psu & stats, and my board is in my sig. What does your gut tell you is the problem? I'm leaning towards the board myself, but I just really don't want it to be. A PSU is so easier to replace.

Mine fluctuates from 1.376 to 1.456 within about 30 seconds under load, and at half load.

I have mine at stock settings, but I havent seen any crashes yet. I dont think the crashes would be related to the voltage going up, since CPU's can take quite a jump in voltage and still work well, what may be the problem is that the voltage gets too low under load, and can't handle it.
