More woes after a recent diassembly to clean out dust...
I've noticed that my rig is considerably louder than it used to be. It seems that the fans are constantly running at high rates, even when my computer isn't doing anything. I checked the motherboard and the CPU_TEMP lights were on... both of them. I'm guessing this means that my CPU is heating up and that's what's making the fans work harder. Why though?
I DID remove the CPU fan to dust it, but I made sure to re-attach it correctly and it's still functioning just fine, as far as I can tell. I didn't have this problem before-- the CPU heating up while the computer is simply browsing the internet. So I'm confused.
