Crash

Hey my rig crashed when I was going to restart it but I accidentally hit sleep so when it was going to sleep I tried pressing a key or something to get it to come back up but it decided it won't sleep, it would just idle with the display off. Now instead of hitting the power button I accidentally hit the turn off button which then did a force shutdown. Now when I tried to boot back into Windows it won't go past the Windows 7 logo screen, it will just give me the BSOD for a split second. I couldn't really read what error number it gave me, I think it was 0x0000074? I googled that and I didn't get anything from it..
I tried repairing my computer, it does nothing. I tried to go back to the farthest restore point that it gave me and nothing. I do not have backup set and I tried booting in safe mode but it won't let me. (when pressing f8 on startup it just gives me the "boot up" list (CD ROM then Master HDD)). I don't know what to do now.. Anyone have anything they can suggest?

ANY help is appreciated like always. Thanks everyone!

EDIT:
BSOD Obviously says that Windows has occured a shutdown error. (Can't read fast enough to beat the physical memory dump)

Go into your BIOS and disable "Resume from Errors".

This will let the BSOD hang there until you turn the pc off.

Also disable Automatic Restart after a system error under the startup and environment settings from within the system prerefences window.
