Crashing to desktop

ive been overclocking my cpu lately got it running at 2.951 right now
its an amd 5200+
it runs fine in orthos
but for some reason other programs will crash frequently is it some thing i can fix without taking my cpu down again?

ive also got my ram set from 667 to 825 right now
would changing it back to stock fix the problem maybe im running orthos again right now so dont want to restart my computer to test it jsut yet

any advice?

ok ran orthos stressing cpu and ram and it crashed wiith in 5 seconds :/ so i guess turning the oc off of my ram should hopefully help?

turn back to oc the memory, i usually try oc'ing one component at the time.
That way you'll what's holding you back.
