Crazy typing issues

So lately my keyboard has started throwing in large amounts of completely different characters when i press some of the keys on the right side, particularly "o" (which usually becomes something like "qewowrO") and "L" (which tends to automatically pull up a variety of auto-tasks, such as bookmarking the page i'm on in a flurry of "save as" boxes) and even the period button which will become ". zc.zcvx" or the like. It will occasionally work perfectly fine though for a few minutes at a time. Any idea what's going on?

Have you spilled anything on the keyboard? Most likely the keys are sticking together and need to be cleaned.

That's the thing, i didn't spill anything and the letters its typing are on the complete other side of the keyboard.
