create video slideshow

I need a program to create a photo slideshow with an accompanying audio track. The program needs to be able to save the slideshow as a video file. It needs to be compatible with Windows 7 and I would prefer it to be freeware.
 
Does Windows 7 have movie maker? I have not been able to find it. It does have a DVD maker program, but it is totally different. When you put together a video, there is no option to save. The only option is to burn a DVD which I do not want to do since I want to upload the video to Facebook.
