Create your own online radio station

I was wondering how i can Create my own free radio station? any websites out there that can help me? I do have a server running windows 2003 server & i my own website so i was hoping i can create a station. Any tips or comments please post. Thanks in advance!
 
Theres a lot of online radio site that will etl you join up and make one. The first one that comes to mind is here.

Im not sure how to do it manually from your own site/server though.
