Creating a new computer

[Sneeper]

Hey

I'm planning on creating a new computer but i'm not really informed about what "the good stuff" is these days, so i was hoping someone could help me out.
The computer's purpose will mainly be playing games, i have a budget of about €1400, give or take a little. This is only for the computer itself and not for the monitor or other devices.

If anyone here has a good knowledge of computers and could help me out it would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Where are you from? Is there any online retailer that you can purchase stuff from you country? If not, I'll just use UK price for budgeting.
Do you need to include OS within your 1400 euro?

Is this site good for you? Use Babelfish or Google Translator to translate the site since you probally don't understand Dutch.

The names are pretty much english there, so it shouldnt be too hard to find things on that website. Will this be including a monitor/keyboard/mouse?

Total comes to about 1130 with gtx 275 and 1215 with gtx 285. Also I would suggest to use windows 7 RC instead of buying windows vista. You can use it for a year for free. Here's a link https://partner.microsoft.com/NZ/productssolutions/productswebsolutions/40084742
