Critical crashing problem please help me out

Hi all, much appreciation in advance for anyone who could help me out here.

The problem:
On one random day, my PC crashes after roughly 2 minutes of entering the windows 7. Not blue screen of death but white screen with a lot of lines in between.

CPU temperature is fine, been using Zalman cooler for time and had no problem, didnt even tried to overclock. Didnt install any strange or unknown programs.

PC has been running in the same set up for over 6 months now but suddenly i got this fatal crashing problem, tried to do system restore but would just crash immediately after.

AMD Quad 9500 AM2+
MSI Motherboard
4GB DDR2 800mhz
1TB SATA 300
ATI 5770 Sapphire

There was one random time when it switches on and the screen said I tried to overclock the CPU but failed to boot so had to go back to default settings. BUT I never overclock i dont even know how it appeared. There was nothing i could do as the keyboard didnt even work.

I found to reset the bios by taking out the mobo battery and put it back in. It worked and booted windows 7 but then fatal crash happens.
 
I would say try a different video card or try updating your current video drivers.
 
hi thanks for that i will give it a go and get back with u, but it crashes within like 2 mins of boot up i dont think i would have enough time to allow me to install the driver :(
