If you all could take a look, I'd appreciate it. I am trying to build a pc for a friend and his max budget is 1,000. I have a spare HDD and OS so that takes some of the price off but am looking for any problems or suggestions to buy cheaper or better parts.

I would for sure get an SSD for the OS and a few games. They are nice to have, especially on gaming PCs
