Hi,
I have a CRT monitor sometimes several lines appeared on the screen and when I move the windows these lines move too.their colour are white.
Help me!
 
CRT's use color guns. I'm thinking its the VIDEO CARD. But I think you should upgrade to an CRT anyways for your own eye's sake.
 
I agree, if the lines move with the window then it's the graphics card, connection or cable.
