CS Dedicated Server problem. Please Help!

Hi I have try to make a dedicated Server for CS source but it seems it don't work. I don know why it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me how to make one. thanks
 
Umm, what? If you have it, you shouldnt need to download it...Unless dl doesnt mean download anymore?

Are you trying to make a simple "steam" dedicated server (where you can only host one map. (de_dust2)) Or a real dedicated server where you have to install with the cmd and can use any map/be admin/etc?

I am tryin to run a dedicated steam server that I can run with all the maps. How do i do that?
