CS:GO Lag Problems

Hey guys,

So when I've been playing CS:GO lately, my first game runs fine. Everything's running smoothly. As soon as I get in my second game though, the game starts running really choppy.

Has anyone experience this problem before? Anyone know what might be the culprit?

Do you play any other games ? Have the same issue? Have you checked the temperatures while playing with something like CPUZ/GPUZ? In CSGO type in cl_showfps 1 in the console to see your FPS.

Well is this like you're jumping around and stuff like that? Stuff isn't responding immediately? Or is it just like choppy animation that doesn't look smooth? The first is an internet issue but the second is your computer.
 
Actually now that you say that I remember having a somewhat similar issue where the game would have issues after I would start the second game. Not sure what the problem was and it was so long ago I don't remember what happened. It works fine now though for me.
