Everytime I play I see ppl writing hax or soemthing bc someone is hacking or something.

My question is what does it mean when they hack the game and how the hell can u possible hack a game to have better features :confused:
 
People who usually have no skill whatsoever at the game like to create programs which run in the background, and "inject" themselves into the game, enabling things which would otherwise be disabled and tweaking certain options, such as using hitboxes, wallhacking, speed hacks, or aimbots..... gets really annoying.
 
Since I found out ive been wanting to try one and see how it is but I don't have a clue in the world on how to do it :P

not hard to hide hacking, (when i did no one noticed but when i stopped, practiced and got good, i get accused all the time:( )

my view has always been that their are not a lot of hackers and their are plenty of other server you can go to if you see one

if you do find one, thats a big if, just be careful how you use it (if you play in a public server) or just go crazy against bots. Hacking can be fun, it offers something new to CS, cuz regular CS can get boring after awhile but so can hacking if used too much.

Im not going to tell you, since there are enough hackers out there... and its not that fun, trust me... i was curious just like you once, but hacks make the game mad dumb.... not worth it at all.
 
I played CS since beta 2, and CS Source when it first came out. Now I will gladly admit I am not the best 1st person shooter video game player out there, but I don't suck by any means. I have played the game long enough to spot cheaters just by watching them. It is very sad that people have to cheat at that game.

I have played with every gun a lot to get good with them, my favorite of course is the kalishnakov. However, since I have played that game for such a long time, and I even played competitively in a clan back around 2000, I can gladly say that I can watch a player and tell what hax he is using.

I have been kicked from servers before from being accused of hacking, and I have never ever hacked once. However, there was one time where the people I played with and I (the clan i was in) did download all the cheats and hax to see how they work. This was back when the whole myg0t thing was happening and they were crashing servers.

CS needs to be closed source, or heavily secured with little open source modding abilities. I don't play that game anymore, I play Bf2 mostly now.
 
wow this is so fkn stupid. I payed good money to buy the game and Im starting to hate it bc of all those ****en cheaters.Why cant those bunch of little ***gots just play normal like a human being? except no them they have to cheat so they can kill everyone.

thats what 90% of the hackers do. they try it, then they realize it sucks, and they stop hacking. then 2 people come to replace them, and then they do the same

Yeah but lets face it, Steam has lost its grip on hackers the numbers are increasing. Not that i agree with hacking! If steam doesnt catch onto hacking other players will and you could be banned from that server and most server admins tlak to others and it will be hard to find a server who wont hate you on site.:)

P.S if you see someone hack dont just shout ''HACK HACK!'' Take a screen pic or record it and send it to steam or server admins
 
the main problem is, you can spoof steam IDs and accounts. Hackers get banned then just spoof another ID and they are right back hacking in the game again.
 
Yep, hackers are like mosquitos, no matter how many you kill there are still more out there ruining your day...
 
Steam does not need people to even warn them about hackers. They automatically find them. Four of my friends hacked and all got banned hahaha.
 
I hate hackers, but I got the urge to try it once. I found a forum dedicated to hacks for steam games, and I found a really nice one that worked... for a while.

Steam's VAC is constantly being updated, so a hack they works today most likely wont work next week.

And if you get caught with a hack, you get banned from VAC secured games.
 
this is all true, but you cant always assume someone is cheating just because theyre good. i dont really play CSS too much, but in the same situation goes for halo 2 (when it hadnt been patched a while ago). just because somebody happens to be really skilled and always get headshots doesnt mean they have aimbot or whatever.

but ya, hackers usually try it for a week or so, then get bored of it. then when they come back people are always going to be calling them a cheater, and its hard to earn the trust back.

getting head shots from distance with pistols is usually an aim bot or extreme luck. getting tons of headshots in a row is usually an aimbot. I don't play halo, but i know for a fact that CS has been hacked so much, hackers can litterally set their hax on and off by toggling them with a key. So, it is sometimes hard to tell b/c they will toggle them off when they are starting to look too good.
 
AWP shooting HS trough walls at speed of AK47 is a hack, when u spec someone and their screen shakes alot is a hack(not nesseserily but mostly if they get HS only) superspped with a knife is a hack, shooting through boxes is a hack but not always cuz players that play for a while know what things u can shoot through and if they see u going to hide behind it they just shoot you.. there is many hacks and that the only minus of the game..
I am being called a hacker almost everytime i play, but i guess what they don't know is that i've been playing that game for 8 years and will still be playing even against hackers.
and thats with my old PC.. boy i can only imagine how it's gona be with my new insane build...
 
i am quite skilled in CSS and halo2.

both of which i am mastering no scopes.

ive never been called a hacker...though ive only had headshots...no runnin' fast.......

i have no problem with hacks when your playing a bot game, but I have a hard enough time staying alive in an online game without hackers!:)
