CS:S is working properly!

I got CS:S on my computer, its all up to date and everything, but when I go to "find servers" the game just freezes. I already tried to uninstall CS:S but I was wondering if I should try to uninstall Steam and reinstall it to see if that works.

Sound like your clicking the "find server" in css. I dont really know how to fix that, but what I can suggest you do is just use the "find server" in steam.(Open up steam then click view>servers)

do u hav any firewalls up? if so, see if turning them off fixes ur problem. zonealarm is good, but conflicts with alot.

damnnn, really dug this up, try uninstalling Steam, then reinstall, may work, and try what Ekim said.

I acually had to reinstall Windows anyway so that fixed the problem. But thanks for the info for next time.

No, it comes with no filters on.
