CSS Error

I have been recieveing this error off an on for like a month now. The game will randomly freeze for no apparent reason, then will quit to my desktop and show this:

 
Its been happening more frequently now, every time I play CSS now it crashes. I've uninstalled and re-installed it but that doesnt seem to help. Also, it will just randomly freeze for no apparent reason and just play looping sounds over and over. I have no idea what to do, I really dont want to play if I have to restart my PC after 5 minutes of playing the game.
 
Whats your CPU and GPU temp? And when you say uninstall, do you mean you deleted the "local game content" of CSS, or you completely uninstalled steam and all the folders it creates?
 
I deleted local game content... not sure if that did anything. However, my CPU temp is 24C and my GPU is 44C.
 
When i deleted the local game content, i re-installed it and all of my settings and stuff were still there, so i dont think it does a whole lot. I'd try un-installing steam completely.

And those temps look normal. Mine is around 21C/36C
