Hi I was wondering what were the programms running in the background of my computer and found few programms running frequently
What is for exemple:

svchost.exe?
(which is runing 7 process...)
explorer.exe?


What are the basic processes Windows XP (XP pack 2) runs?

don't worry they are normal
if you want to know what explorer.exe does, kill the process
then run it again but clicking new task and write explorer.exe
svchost runs a group of services. try google for more info
