I just purchased the CTVMI2 TV Tuner card and I cannot get it to work on Vista. Do you have any idea how to do that? Also when I tried it on XP the picture quality is very bad. I have a cable not an antenna plugged in.
I meant that I connected the TV Tuner to a cable service and not to an antenna. I cannot get a good quality picture, there are like vertical lines in the picture and it is not sharp. Someone tells me what I can do please?
how did you connect it to the cable digital box? did you connect it via RF or do u have a component in on your TV card. I guess if it is RF then the picture quality might tuen out to be bad
