is Clockgen good for OCing my CPU?
I have to select which mobo I have to download Clockgen, I ran CPU-Z and it says I have the Intel 865M01 the nearest one I found at the clockgen website is D865PERL is that the one I need?
 
Clockgen is a good windows based Overclocker, but overclocking in BIOS is much better, and its usually more stable as well as a higher overclock (most of the time.)

But, if you don't mind my asking, why are you trying to OC from within Windows?
 
Another thing i forgot to mention is that when you overclock from windows every time you restart your computer it goes back to stock.

Oh, so it's not worth it then... overclocking from Windows that is.
 
not really, only for runnign temporary tests and the sort, to properly overclock you need to be one with the BIOS. and dont rush it, take it slow or you'll regret it.
