curser and screen problem

my curser seems to disappear when i move it to the right or the bottom of the screen.the left and the top to seems to fine can anyone help thankyou

When did this problem start? Did you do any software updates recently?

yes puter has just had new windows installed because puter would not boot

Have you done all the updates for your Windows operating system yet? You could be missing some vital software.
