Custom Build Laptop

Hey, Does anyone know a company (tiny, time, compaq, HP etc) that allows you to "build" your own laptop.

OMG i had it 6 months and the hard drive failed. make that TWICE! oh yeh my motherboard also died as well!

you need to find a manufacturer as a retailer won't custom build

only joking i think i seen an advert in a PC pro mag i have but its at work so i will check and if it mentions laptops i will post the details up for you.

How about Dell I been looking around for a few weeks and I decided to stick with them when they put up an offer for $200 off and free dvd/CD burner but it is hard to find a good place to get a Laptop.

Tigerdirect offers a computer brand called Systemax. That would allow you to build your own laptop.
